I'm not sure if Sony fans are the worst, but some of them are pretty bad. Some of them have actually convinced themselves that Sony is not in real financial trouble and is in no real danger of going bankrupt. This is all because of how well the PS4 is doing, They feel that as long as PlayStation 4 is doing well, the rest of Sony can survive.

However, to all those delusional Sony fanboys out there, please keep this in mind. When the CEO of your favorite company publicly confess that the company is in trouble, that's some serious shit. He wasn't referring to one bad quarter or slightly lower than expected sales of a smartphone. He specifically said SONY was in trouble. No CEO would ever say that about their company unless it was true.

yeah but these Sony fanboys are the worst. I didn't want to call them that because it might have gotten me banned in the OP. But they are like a new breed of entitled fanboys, that bite the hand that once fed them such lovely food. I'd say MS and Nintendo would hate to have these as Hardcore "fans". 

They are equally bad as the PC fans who plague youtube videos of games that are only on consoles.

I came here for a good read, bust you just described gamers in general. People botch about the free games on xbl too. It's just common nature to want the free thing to be actually "worth it".

in fairness as long as the Japanese government are in a position of control over Sony, they will bail them out if they need it. So in that sense Sony have zero chance of going out of business. And even without that they would last another good while yet.

But Microsoft and Nintendo are bad, too

i've read through the MS blogs and it's not nearly as bad as this. MS's hardcore fans seem happy to just be getting free games even if they're not as good as Sony. Sony sadly have spoiled these fanboys by giving them very good AAA games late in the PS3's life when said games were not really worth that much. 

I've no doubt that in 2 years time we will have great PS4 line ups every month.
