The cards have been on the table for a long time. This series will never become the phenomena that some people keep wishing for.

Makes so much sense every on vgchartz salivates at ndp releases becasue there is no trust in vgs numebrs.  Except when they suit some ones opinions even more then actual truthfull numbers.   There is no point in making any claim based on their numbers, this will be adjusted 5 times before its anywhere near what actual numbers are.  I just fail to see the point of discussing success or failure when lacking facts.

It's unfortunate if it does bomb because it's a great underrated series, but at the same time it doesn't matter. With the amount of additional content being added to LBP3 and the community support, do we really need another LBP on the PS4?

Also, there's so many people bashing LBP because of the reviews and that because Media Molecule didn't make it the game is garbage. When going from LBP1 and 2, how much did Media Molecule really innovate on the franchise? Pretty much none. It was just some new levels, a few minor changes, etc.

Who knows what would have happened if Media Molecule developed the third LBP game. We might not have received the additional characters with unique gameplay styles, still two spaces to move on with three max to build on without some sort of glitch, no 3D platforming space, etc, etc, etc. Additionally, LBP2 crashed quite often, sometimes wouldn't load community levels and went into a loading loop that forced you to restart, etc.

With the additions and the community behind it, I see LBP3 as a must own.
