The new Fire Phone (not a big seller) has just drastically dropped in price. For $199, you not only get a good phone but also a 1 year subscription to Amazon Prime, which by itself is $99. It's a big change from its original price at $649.99.

Basically, if you were planning on getting Prime, for just an extra $99 you can get a Fire Phone off contract and use it however you like.

Canada does have access to Amazon Prime, plus I believe the price drop is world-wide.

It flipped and it flopped.

Judging by how quickly it dropped from $649 to $199 for the phone + a year of prime (just over 4 months), it would seem there aren't many people to feel sorry for :p

Pretty nice although those specs are kinda "old" in terms of phone tech so its not that hard to believe that the phone went down in price since the One Plus One is better in every way and costs $349 for the 64gb version or $299 for the 16gb version
