Released Sep 14th in Japan, and I know after 19 months~ (80 weeks) they had shipped 9.56m. Sell through is likely at 90 weeks~ shame I don't have more detailed data because it could be very close to WiiU (but obviously ahead given WiiU is behind Gamecube everywhere).

Sony Playstation 4 - 41 Weeks

No, it used 38 weeks and 2 days, but, since those two days would count as a week, it used 39 weeks.

Microsoft Xbox One - 52 weeks minimum (58~?)
Nintendo WiiU
- 104 Weeks minimum (111~?)

For those guys, you might as well wait for the real numbers...

My estimate would be

Microsoft Xbox One - 65 weeks  - If Microsoft ends price cut, the demand will tank so either by 1/2/15 or maybe in March
Nintendo WiiU
 - 135 Weeks - Assuming that the Wii U goes back to pre holiday baseline.

XB1 is gonna be over 10m this holiday season, the price cut doesn't revert back until January next year.

We won't ever know most of these due to incomplete sales data. VGC is the only place with annual sales data for Europe, and that only goes back to last generation. Available Famitsu hardware sales data only goes back to 2000, and I've been unable to find NPD hardware data for anything older than the SNES and Genesis, so no NES, Master System, or TurboGrafx-16. We do have annual shipment figures from Sony and Nintendo, but no sales. There are no shipment figures available for the original Xbox or for any Sega console. Oh, and the Genesis and Mega Drive are the same system, so you can merge those together.

I never knew that, was it Genisis in the US and Megadrive elsewhere? As I had a Megadrive!

Are you ignoring my post about when the PS4 actually had passed 10 million sales?

It's only 41 weeks if you use VGC numbers, and choose to not believe Sony when they announced 10 million sold (as of 10th of august) through at Gamescom.
