Forums - Sales Discussion - WiiU Needs to Average 400k a week in December to hit 10m Year End. Can it do it?!

Its possible if Nintendo were to really push the advertisements for the Wii U, and also advertise older games like Pikmin 3, DK, Wind Waker HD, Lego City and others. If Nintendo also were to have another Wii U bundle similar to that of MK8 where you buy a SSBU Wii U bundle with adapter, and controller and you get a free download code for Nintendo Land and one game of your choice such as Monster Hunter, The Wonderful 101, NSMBU, Lego City or others.

"I think it will be the HDS"-Me in regards to Nintendo's next handheld.

400k a week for wii u sounds crazy.. very doubtful.. even for December..

but who knows.. the casual crowd may just surprise us.. but doubtful

Praise the One.

Why're you asking this question Seece? You already know the answer

In short, no.

Can they do a Microsoft and say they have "nearly" sold 10 million :) That counts these days doesnt it?

Possible, but not terribly likely. What could be the determining factor are the "surprises" Nintendo teased in their latest press release; they said the holidays are just getting started for Nintendo so we'll see. If they are really good, then that could swing things in their favor.

Call me an optimist, but I think they can and will (barely) do so.

I doubt it will even come close

PSN & XBOX GT : cutzman25

Probably not. I'd say 9.5 Million.

My 8th gen collection

Next week we all will know the truth, if Holidays Smash can't move Hardware, nothing can.
