Custom amiibo Mii figures? Miyamoto has one, you might be able too as well

Everyone has thought about it before, but getting an Amiibo figure ‘printed’ with your Mii on top would be pretty amazing right?

Well lucky for your Shigeru Miyamoto has thought about it before as well and it could be something they offer up in the future. Speaking to IGN, Mr Miyamoto has said that “We do have a number of employees internally who want to be able to do something like that, and we’re performing different experiments”.

“There’s different ways that we could do it and ordering could be one, or there’s different structures that we could use. In fact, there is already an amiibo of my Mii.”

Where do we sign up? Being able to include ‘you’ in other amiibo games would be a great addition we think to many games. What about you?

I'd like for them to be able to offer maybe certain offer select Amiibos through a mail service too ... like a Bayonetta one.

Custom Mii amiibos would be a good idea. Though I bet a Miyamoto Mii amiibo might actually sell a decent amount as well. Maybe throw in Sakurai, Reggie, and Iwata. Would help satisfy the "Reggie for Smash" people a bit more. Easy way they could do this would be an ordering thing where you get your own custom Mii amiibos, but Nintendo offers some pre-designed templates to choose from if you don't want to do yourself, and puts all the superstar Nintendo employees as options.

Seriously though, custom Mii amiibos really should happen, considering how many games will feature Miis anyway.

I think this is a good idea. Lot's of games have mii's.

But I won't get one.

I would get one of me, my wife and kids if they made them. That's a pretty awesome thing.

I have to say though, that considering many games let you use your mii anyway it's going to have to have some additional incentive and a competitive price point(not going to happen).

As a kid I'd probably crap myself if was possible to get an action figure that looked like me to play with all my other toys.
