Amazon France recently put up an entry on its website for ZombiU 2. Shortly after Jeuxvideo forum members spotted the listing, it was removed.

ZombiU 2 is rumored to be set in New York. Strangely enough, Bandai Namco is listed as publisher – not Ubisoft. Amazon also includes an October 17, 2015 release date, though that’s likely not final.

Of course, there is most certainly a possibility that Amazon France’s overall listing is inaccurate. The fact that Bandai Namco is listed as publisher raises a red flag. I suppose only time will tell!

didnt ubisoft say they werent making another one?

Nintendo could have bought the franchise from Ubi and outsourced development. It's a slight possibility.

Or Ubisoft could have been speaking literally when they said they weren't making another one... perhaps Namco Bandai approached Ubisoft with an idea, and Ubisoft are supporting, but not the ones actually developing the game.

Or maybe Amazon Japan heard of a Wii U exclusive Zombie game, and assumed ZombiU 2.

There are quite a few possibilities, in my opinion.

Any one of them plausible. I just hope that there is another entry as I really enjoyed the first one.

Ubisoft also did indicate they had some game that was complete on WiiU and were waiting for sales to pickup before they chose to release it.

Surely a Zombie U 2 game wouldn't taken much effort to make since launch. Just a reskin and add a few new weapons.

But who knows lol. I guess all in due time we will find out.

lol it at least get the Wii U brand name out there on other systems.

It's Ps4, Xbone, PC multiplat, not coming on WiiU :P
