It got ported to HD twins... It flopped...


Its because it could be used with a controller. That is unnatural. It was meant to be used with a Wiimote and Nunchuck. That was half of the fun with the game.


Welp...  Those ports killed it...

Just bought the game, I need to find time to play it.

You really should! Do you have just the first one or second? Perhaps both?

The overworld of the first could be annoying at times, and collecting money was a bit more of a pain to get to the assassin fights. But they had some excellent boss selection in the first one. 

The second had the best mini games by far, and a good mini map for travel instead of the sometimes tedious open world. Definitely worth playing through both of them if you enjoyed the first one.

Moving this series from Wii to Xbox/PS seemed like a bad move. The first game sold well, the second was just so-so and the third game was a completely flop.
