Right now, I personally believe the xbox one does, but it could change over time. Drive club and infamous was dissapointing for me to say the least.

x1 for exclusives, ps4 for third party
PC Specs: CPU: 7800X3D || GPU: Strix 4090 || RAM: 32GB DDR5 6000 || Main SSD: WD 2TB SN850
PS4.
More and diverse library for all type of gamers.
Better metascores.
Better muktiplatforms.
PS4 because of better multiplat releases, and lots more indies. The platform exclusives are not that impressive on either.
The best games available on the two platforms are GTA V and TLOU, period. One is a PS4 exclusive, and one has the better version on PS4.
This is quite a silly question since history always repeats itself. Sony starts off slower than MS due to more internally made games. MS has a lot of third party pulling the weight for them and Sony's new IP's tend to go underrated until like the second iteration of them in a given generation. This is the same situation with the 360. It happens every gen. You know whats going to happen. The only thing that could surprise me is if MS holds up the momentum once Sony gains it. Once MS runs out of third party exclusives its basically all Sony generally, but I dunno, anything can happen. They are showing a lot of Rare IP's these days. Both companies will be very good, but you will see more new IP's from Sony just like you did last gen. Any Sony owner should know what its like to be patient. This is generally why I buy Xbox first, because MS generally comes out the gate with more.
MS and Sony are like the fox and the hare essentially. Hare wins, but the fox looks good in the beginning.
