It's hard to predict, as we don't even know the first numbers so far. And there most likely will be more amiibo lines other than for Smash. I'm expecting a new line announced for the next big 2015 holiday title or something, soon after all WAVES of Smash amiibo are selling!

I dont think there is any reliable way to predict this until Nintendo gives us some numbers so I will say 25 million

This is a long term prediction, just be interesting to see what people think they can sell before they launch.

If you have 5 million core WiiU owners that buy 15+ figures over the course of the WiiU's life that is already 75 million!

There's also the fct pokemon could easily do cards, makes so much sense. I mean buy Charizard Amiibo/Card and you get an egg of Charmander (its lowest form) and with perfect stats/new moves/etc.
