Well, i'm sorry, but i gave up. The MK7 soundtrack isn't long enough to keep me searching and it's like 3 am here. I wish you luck on your quest. I will try and resume my search if nobody has found it by then. For now i say, Good night!

BreakQuest?

Probably the best Breakout clone there is (avoid the PSN version which downgrades gameplay significantly). Plenty of varied powerups and level designs. Maybe do a google search of this game yourself, as the levels are all so different it's impossible to find one screenshot that represents the whole game.
