The X1 will probably come out ahead which is sad when comparing both libraries. As long as shooter obsessed teenage boys are the main demographic that won´t change. Oh well, back to Bayonetta

Smash Bros has never been a big console pusher though - in fact few WiiU games have ever been big pushers compared to the classic multiplat. AAA games for the other consoles.
The WiiU will limp on, and the other consoles will rocket ahead for the remaining years.
When smash comes out Wii U will outsell again X1 but by the end of both's life cycle X1 will have much more sales than Wii U.
XOne got adjusted up and it's selling almost half a million per week. It's twists like this that make me think the prediction on my signature is still valid. Microsoft will not give up that easily from the first place, although Sony will end up winning. Anyway, I still find it hard to believe that PS4 can get the market share levels that PS2 got.
Prediction made in 14/01/2014 for 31/12/2020: PS4: 100M XOne: 70M WiiU: 25M
Prediction made in 01/04/2016 for 31/12/2020: PS4: 100M XOne: 50M WiiU: 18M
Prediction made in 15/04/2017 for 31/12/2020: PS4: 90M XOne: 40M WiiU: 15M Switch: 20M
Prediction made in 24/03/2018 for 31/12/2020: PS4: 110M XOne: 50M WiiU: 14M Switch: 65M
PS4 steamrolled the WiiU, Xbox One just jogged past.

Really? Then if I'm a racing fan, which console should I buy? The one that has Mario Kart 8 and Super Toy Cars or the one that has Forza 5, Forza Horizon 2, NFS Rivals, Trials Fusion and The Crew? Just curious to know your suggestion...

I'll buy a PS4 for that game because I know I'll get a lot of mileage out of it and I know there will be a handful of other titles down the line that I'll like, possibly Deep Down My primary gaming devices are PC, Wii U, and the 3DS Simply put the 2 more 'mainstream' consoles are for folks that cannot afford a good computer. No offense. |
Given that you can emulate every ninendo console from the Wii and older on a PC (95% of the nintendo library, if not more), that makes nintendo consoles for "people who cant afford a good computer" too.
Only way to play all of the Xbox, Xbox 360, Xbox One, PS4, PS3, and PSVita exclusives is on the actual consoles, the only two nintendo systems not emulated are the WiiU and 3DS, and 3DMoo is getting close to 3DS, and Dolphin support for WiiU is coming.
So your logic is, no point owning a xbox one or ps4 because third party games on it are on pc too.
So whats the point in owning a nintendo system if almost all (and within this generation, ALL) nintendo games can be played on a pc too?
Just seems to me like a poor jab at ps4 and xbox one owners if im honest.
Wii U is a dead console. Wii U is financial fail.
