the UK has a different method, you do three sets SATs, 1 in like year 2, 1 in year 6 and 1 in year 9, i got
year 2- cant remember
year 6- 5,5,5 (english maths science)
year 9- 6,6,6
basicaly thats the grades that the hope you get, at GCSE it all fell apart for me though lol.
Look each section is worth 800 point sometime they test 2 section sometime 3

Well my school also had the option to take it in 7th grade, but only a handful of us took it. I got an 1160 on that one, and a 1530 on the real one in high school. That was back when it was on a 1600 point scale.

It was my first and most recent. I took it Junior year of highschool and i am about to take it agian this June.
I never had the option to take it in middleschool, either that or i did not know about it.

Anyways, I got a 1460 on my SAT. On my PSAT I got a 217, which would equate to a 2170 on the new SAT scale.

lol the new SAT scale throws me off. I took it both times when it only went up to 1600. Now I feel old.
In 8th grade I got a 950 and in HS I got a 1210.
Also when I took it in High school I didn't know I was gonna take it that day... I walked in and took an empty spot. I also only had 4 hours of sleep. Go me! I didn't care that much, I only needed around a 1000 to get into the state school which was the only school I could afford.

I don't understand why a kid in middle school would take a college admission test...is it a modified form? I took a number of standardized tests in junior high and early high school, but not the SAT...
