If you're EA, the only thing you should want, is that every console does its best. You don't say such bullshit without compromising the company because he is LYING if he's really saying XBO is closing the gap worldwide, and I don't think that guy is so stupid to do so without any reason related to Microsoft.

Well EA put a lot of its eggs in Microsofts basket and the investors want to know why. This is the only thing he can say at the moment that wont piss off Sony/Microsoft or the investors.

Of course I don't have any proof of this, what I was saying is, in my ignorant opinion, EA clearly has an interest in promote XBO over PS4 and that can only be because the partnership between Microsoft and EA. Why would go so far EA, arguably lying in the process??
