Mine is Grand Theft Auto but Banjo Kazooie is a close second!

Tomb Raider

Hmmm I was going to say Ratchet and Clank, I always thought Insomniac were from the UK for some reason. I guess I'd have to say Grand Theft Auto too. Though Wipeout comes pretty close.

I thought the Tomb Raider reboot was fantastic too...

Battletoads

I have to go with Banjo Kazooie, TimeSplitters and LittleBigPlanet.

Wow, There are a lot of good games coming from the UK.

Gonna go with the obvious though. Worms.

If you demand respect or gratitude for your volunteer work, you're doing volunteering wrong.

A list of franchises and/or developers would be helpful as quite a few of them we might even not know to be British. Off the top of my head, Tomb Raider. If you discount everything between Angel of Darkness (included) and last year's reboot (excluded, obviously, as it was marvellous).

GTA

In a league of it's own

Tomb Raider, Core's of course. While CD's TR trilogy was quite decent, it's not as good as the originals. I won't even speak of abomination called Reboot.

2nd would be LEGO, for the sheer amount of games and fun I have with kids playing them.
