Why is Forza 2 not on that list?

Idk, that game is really old and it's not a current gen game. JK I know you meant Forza Horizon 2

Love it or hate it.......... Ryse looks FANTASTIC....... play the beach scene, it blows everythingelse out of the wtaer on consoles....... and considering how few xbox owners there are on here, the fact it gets mentioned a lot puts a tonne of weight behind it.

I haven't played it, but I thought most if not all reviewers agreed that FH 2 is the better game, but Driveclub is the better looking.

Without bringing up 2D games, I'll have to go with Infamous and Sunset Overdrive. Both games are absolutely stunning. I didn't quite realize how good SSO looks until I was watching a Let's Play the other day.

MK8 gets an honorable mention.

Infamous for me personally.

The lighting and particles, I give it.  I hate the way the Delson moves in Second Son--like he has to take a big dump. Fetch is better, tho.  The faces are good but something about their animations just feel wrong.  Maybe it's that uncanny valley thing. All I know is that I don't like 'em.  Draw distance seems about par for the course in an open world game.  I'm sure it would look better if it weren't open world but as it is, it just hasn't done it for me.  I bought it on day one as the first game to give me that "next gen feeling" and I didn't get that.  I got Ryse for like $30 months later and I was wowed.

But as they say, opinions are like assholes.  Everybody has them.  I know Ryse has lower res and probably takes shortcuts but damn if it didn't look good.  It's okay if other people love it.  I just don't see what they see.
