I missed this thread, but great for PSP and Sony. First Nintendo main handheld being outsold by a competitor.

My guess from my first post is that there are ~83.4M PSP shipped and ~10.25M PSV shipped.

That's a good guess. I might even say maybe 84.4M PSP and 9.25M PSV.

If PSV is over 10M, I guess the reason Sony wouldn't announce "PSVita over 10 million" is because it took so damn long to achieve the milestone that there's no need to announce mediocrity.
