So they're celebrating selling the most consoles?

You do realise that the vids are based on different genres of games. It's represents a victory dance for the gamers when the do something good in the game. That's why we saw grenade kill, goal, dunk, touchdown etc followed by the player (represented by dancers) to a victory dance. It's actually a really well put together set of adverts that is trying to do something different. You can only see them mocking the competition if you're looking for it. Very poor thread.

Yes -______- that was realized quite some time ago

Only just seen them and to be honest it was instantly obvious what they meant. Looked like a few others were a little slower off the mark to working them out like it was some sort of Sherlock detective case. I'm glad you got there in the end.

They should have spent that money to make sure PSN does not knock people offline randomly.

Um, ok?

Pfft... everyone just hatin' because those guys look damn good in tights.

Seriously though, video is not mocking its competition in any way. People need try to watch these videos in another perspective. Does it make sense for Sony to mock Microsoft or Nintendo right now? If so, what reason do they have for it?

Now, what are the themes for these videos? Touchdown (football), Laser (sci-fi), Grenade (shooters), Heist (action), Dunk (basketball), and Goal (soccer). These have to do, like some people already mentioned, with the competition on online games but with a more... bizarre twist. But this twist has people talking already. Will it be successful? That's yet to be seen. Besides, at the end of the videos clearly states that it's a contest where people submit their own victory dance for a chance to win a PS4. There's no need to over-analyze this.

I guess you missed the point. You're on a role today!

Look a little closer..... damn it, it loses its effect when you have to explain it.
