Forums - Movies & TV - Anyone else say Teen Titans is the best cartoon out right now?

Oh god I hate TTG. I dont even like Adventure Time XD Ive never really liked western animation. But there was one a few years ago that I loved. I think it was called Sym-Bionic Titan. It only had one season but it was awesome

You must not have seen Attack On Titan. Do so immediately.

Forget Regular show and Adventure time and even every anime out there.

I usually laugh multiple times an episode and just laughed through the whole Body Adventure episode. There is always a good episode on.

Anyone insane for this show?

What age is PG TV- or aprox how old should kids be before watching-  I assume it is teenagers and above but then it is advertised using 6-8 year old -   A lot of these cartoons seem to be appropriate for teens and adults but is marketed to young kids -  anyone have insight?

You mean Teen Titans Go... oh dear...
IMO The Legend of Korra is the best "cartoon" out right now. Kinda sad LoK is one of the very few action cartoons out right now...

is there no rick and morty in your world?

Watch 100 episodes of the new fun Teen titans, and if you are still not impressed, I will buy you Watch Dogs for Wii U.

@ Snesboy

You betray me!!!!!^

I already watch it.  It's not bad at all.  A guy at work is actually obsessed with it.

Adventure Time>All

Nice try though...

I don't even tune in anymore. I like it, but they make very few now anyways.

Every season has run for 26 episodes. That hasn't devated. It's the time between releases that makes it feel less.

PG is basically G. But with things that cause it to be bumped up. Like "Bloody Hell" and Harry burning Voldemort in Harry Potter 1. Those minor things do it. Somethings are an exception. Like Hunchback of notrrdam and Gargoyles say Hell. But still fall under Y7. The context matters first. PG is kid regardless. Here's a dumb thing with ratings. Say Fuck You/Shit over 2 times, will make your movie R.

In the end though, the title does say right now. I could say that Adventure time is really great, but at this moment in time it is in re-runs. Teen Titans is great! Better than even Gumball and other zany shows.

Problem is, Go is not liked for the fact it's apart of Teen Titans. Basically Super Hero Squad syndrom. Using the characters in comdey ALA Batman 1966. Since people don't understand that is the whole point of Go! It's hated. People were expecting it to me a contiunation to Teen Titans. And resolve story points finally. Not to mention, GL, Beware The Batman, and Young Justice were canned. More DC fans are gonna hate on it.

I'm not a fan of most of the stuff that's airing right now, and I think TTG sucks ass.
Like another user said, LoK is one of the only decent ones. Heck, I'd even say it's the ONLY good one.
That's right, I said it, I don't think AT Or RS or SU are good shows at all.

Gone are the days where cartoons could've been really deep and not just random bullshit.
I miss stuff like The Zeta Project, The Invisible Man, Code Lyoko, etc. which all were somewhere between cartoons and Science fiction. Heck, I'm sure that if anyone told me to write a summary or to just simply tell them what those shows were about, I'd write some stuff that seems Sci-Fi-ish rather than cartoonish.

Code Lyoko Evolution was good, even though it's only a half cartoon. Whether or not we'll see another season of that is still up in the air, and I think that the show's currently being dubbed to English.

Cartoons today just lack PLOT. And before you jump me saying that not all the old cartoons had deep plots, at least they don't rely on randomness as their selling point.

I recently watched Code Lyoko again. While the dubbing is awful, they reuse a shit load of animations, and a few of the plot points like Franz Hopper(Crap name) = Walter Schaffer (Awesome Name) being mishandled multiple times, it is still a really great series.

As for Evolution, I hate how human odd looks so much younger than everyone else, since he is the same age just shorter, and I couldn't stand the sound design a lack of action at least in the first couple of episodes. TBH I didn't watch enough to get its plot but comparing the way Jim attacked Olrich in the first episode to how Xana constantly throws them around, I couldn't handle it. But that;s just my opinion.

Also Courage the cowardly dog, single handeldly destroys anything out on TV today. Korra is alright but only Last Airbender would be able to compete against a giant like Courage.
