well Sony already have 10 exclusives lined up for PS4 ready for next year. with an PS Event. The Game Awards and E3 2015 to announce new exclusives that can come out next year. so yeah, this is sony starting slow, but next year they are gonna crush it.

But will the narrative switch to the XB1 when Sony release all those exlusives? I think we all know the answer to that.

EG will never do that. You should also note how EG always underscores PS4 exclusives, is spot on with X1 exclusives and overscores Wii U exclusives when compared to their metacritic scores.

So here's the million dollar question: Sony and Microsoft promised somewhere between 13-18 exclusives during E3 last year. Did they deliver?

Well Quantity is not important but Quality remember.....

The number exclusives is fun for fanboys so they can start list wars.

Also quoted from Eurogamer that is so true:

Small wonder that we are reduced to arguing over display resolutions and frame-rates when both new consoles offer so little in the way of fresh game experiences to justify their existence.

I bought mine in April and I didn't do much with it other than play through Resogun in an afternoon until Alien: Isolation came out. I then picked up Killzone: Shadowfall and I enjoyed it's different ideas from other FPS. So far those three games are it. I like Infamous games, but I've played through both PS3 games this year so I'm not ready to dive back in yet.

To rate it's performance and capability, it's a 9. To rate my enjoyment out of it to date, a 7. This will increase quite a bit with releases though.

My first year with WiiU was similar. There were a few good games(Pikmin 3, Mario 3d, Rayman), but it wasn't until this year that it really started to stand out in quality.
