That one is a Walmart exclusive bundle in the US.

And is a reatiler bundle.
But maybe Halo:MCC white bundle will come to North America in 2015
Or do they go with Evolve? Or a plain white one? I dont know.

Its an offical bundle since its also available outside the US but in the US the only place that offers it is Walmart on Black Friday for $329.

We are somewhere between "OMG MS overshipped the Xbox One and forced retailers to order it!" and "Those bundles and the regular SKU are only sold out, because they were limited. AC Unity will be the only available bundle. MS must have shipped millions of this one bundle with a mature rated game then."

On amazon a place largely irrelevant to the mass console sales. When walmart sales out then eye brows should raise.

But the Walmart one is the black console with a physical copy of Halo:MCC
The official is a white one with (probably, not sure about it) a digital code and so far just for Brazil and Japan

Well the Assasins Creed bundle also comes with the regular black console.  I didn't know you where talking about special bundles there are only two of those the Sunset Overdrive one and the Modern Warfare one.  I'm pretty sure the Modern Warfare one is already sold out and the Sunset Overdrive one will be sold out very soon.  Around the same time next year there should be a Halo 5 special bundle.

The Halo:MCC bundle form Walmart is not an official MS bundle. It won't even has a special boxart like the Asscreed one.

Well since it will be only available for one day at Walmart it wouldn't make much sense for it to have special packaging even if it where a official bundle.
