To fix the frame rate on PS4 and PC you can just take the system offline to boost the frame rate.

I haven't tested this personally but others are saying it works. Wow.

What in the actual tits? Is this legit? It must be cause of Uplay then if this is the case cause Uplay must be doing some bullshit DRM when its online but when its offline, it can't talk to the server or some nonsense. Although, for PC version, I thought asscreed required you to be online all the time? But I might be wrong though since I havn't played asscreed in forever...
