Everyone's eyes? You realise there's an install base for the game on PC and Xbox 360 right? No Titanfall doesn't feel right next to Halo, Gears and Call of Duty, hell COD is on Playstation, Titanfall feels very much like COD from what I've heard from players (haven't played the game myself though), so being that it's an EA published game it should go full multiplat.

The whole Titanfall deal was initially made because EA thought the XBox One was going to be the market leader, that didn't and won't happen, so really the game should go full multiplat.

Making Titanfall a full XB1 exclusive is almost as anti-consumer a tactic as Microsoft and Square's tactics to keep Rise of the Tomb Raider off of PC and Playstation home consoles for any length time.

Sony are more known for having franchises that sell over 5 million than Microsoft with Gran Turismo often topping more than 10 million per release, God of War over 6, TLOU, Uncharted, even LBP has done too.

Microsoft only has Halo and Gears that have really been able to top 5 million per release, Forza has at best been around 4, maybe hitting 5.

 

This generation PS4 was the 1st platform to have any games topping 3 million in sales, while Xbox One's barely hit 2 million on any releases. It's clear that for a company where money is their motivation PS4 will be the platform to get exclusivity, the same goes for games that developers want to push technically, because the PS4 is just more capable in that area.

Thanks God i am not such a crazy FPS fans, i don't mind actually, maybe if i am a FPS fans i would say the same because the games quality is not that what most people hoping for is even worse then what people said over hype more then Destiny.

But we know Microsoft can buy the IP, but Microsoft cannot buy the gamers and the sales. So for all i care PS4 even without Titan Fall will win US, and more games coming exclusive as well from 3rd party in the future for PS4.

The great reason for the divide with Sony is because Sony did not take sides in the DRM war with MS. MS chose EA and Sony chose to stay between EA and the consumer.

No, it was Sony's doing that made them focus more on Xbox and go timed exclusive to release later on Playstation. It was Microsoft's support allowing them to continue making the game without selling the IP to EA that resulted in the game skipping Playstation platforms altogether.

Isn't it just possible that some people genuinly couldn't care less?   I played the beta on PC and was totally unimpressed.  It's really just a one-trick-pony (In my, not your, opinion)

^ Translation in case you didn't understand the way I typed it: Its Sony's fault as to why Titanfall was exclusive to the Xbox One. If Sony fans want it then Sony will have the game come over to the PS4 just like EA said.

In retrospect, it STILL wasn't in disgreement with you.

Well I mean you said "Sony fans" and of all my friends who own a PS4 only one bought it for PC (We are all capable of running it on our PC's).  None of us wrote it off and we all gave it a try.  So yeah my point is that this game was given a fair chance by plenty of people, but it just flat out isn't that original.
