I'm not sure I like digital versions being counted in some games and not in others, just because the digital version happens to be part of a console bundle. it skews the sales data in favour of games where VGC can count a proportion of the digital sales, which then makes those sales look better on this site compared to comparable games where there was no opportunity to count digital. If VGC wants to count some digital sales and not others then they should identify how much of the total sales for a game is digital and how much is physical. So when you say AC Unity outsold {insert game that has no digital sales tracked} the context of whether and how much digital sales factor in to this uneven comparison will be known.
