Forums - Nintendo Discussion - I need some new MoHH2 maps, STAT

I play online almost every night.  I can't get enough of this game.  However, the current set of maps (six, I think) are getting a bit stale.  How much of the Wii's memory can a new map take up?  If third party developers want Wii gamers to take their online efforts seriously, they're going to need to start showing some long-term support. Then again, EA is the publisher, so I don't expect much except for a new full price MoHH this fall.

Is anyone else getting burned out on these maps?

If you like FPS's, it is. The controls in this game are the closest to mouse & keyboard you'll find on any console. Very fluid and well thought out. There's always at least one good game going on online. I own UTIII for the PS3, but I haven't touched it after the first few online matches, because I find MoHH2 more fun (maybe I should buy a mouse and keyboard for my PS3).

Not going to happen. MoHH2 didn't sell well enough to justify the effort. Also Nintendo hasn't put their DLC sales system in place, yet.

^ Yeah, that's a shame (the sales). I'm sure if it wasn't a WWII game or a sequel it would have done better. IMO, it's currently the best game out for the Wii. Of course, that will change in seven days :)
