How is AMD vs Intel for gaming a hotly debated topic? It's been the same for at least half a decade.

If you want the best for limited budget you get AMD. If you want the best, you get Intel. Period.
Of course there are other concerns like heat and power consumption, but I don't think anyone with a limited budget cares for that.

Of course there are Intel users who snuff at everything AMD but they're just fanboys. Fanboys being loud about their fandom can hardly be called a debate.



If you demand respect or gratitude for your volunteer work, you're doing volunteering wrong.

Not going to bother watching it as their hasn't been a significant change in the tech for a few years now. Let me guess the outcome though. Status Quo, same as it has been for the last 5-7 years. Both are good, AMD has the price performance advantage and Intel the pure performance advantage.

I find AMD fanboys a bit more obnoxious personally.

Probably because they're wrong most of the time when saying AMD is better.
