Why would it do that for? That update has some issues that need to be resolved immediately.

Really? So what does that mean cause to me, it sounds bad but maybe I need a better explanation to clear it up

Yes. My ps4 freezes every time i put it to rest (which is default mode for most of people). What's worse, it doesn't even really put to rest - you can hear that it's still working. Sometimes you can force power-off  it by power button, sometimes you have to plug off the power (!). 

That's tragedy for people that are not technical. The only solution for now for those affected is to completly turn off console instead of using rest mode.

turn off than turn it on and you are good.

to me happen 1 time ,, just shut down the system thatts it,or turn off the ps4 like ps3 and never had this probl ,,
