A X1 for 250 bundling a PS4 and 4 ps4 games and 4 controllers (2 for each even) would certainly make me double dip on PS4 and finally have a X1.

If I've learned anything from my years of negotiation, you get what they give and you only give when it's important that they get. 

Right now, MS is really giving.
