But good god how many breakup songs can one artist make? he's also like...23 year old who's been rich and famous for her entire adult life. How hard can her life really be? |
Money isn't everything, but when you have such precious hands to write such crafty real heart wreching soul shaking lyrics it just electrifies me. She feels pain beyond belief based on her lyrics. She's such a happy person on the outside, but you can tell that she's been through a lot that most people will never experience. For instance, when she sang I Knew You Were Trouble, she knew she was walking right into a trap, but her heart lead her into the explosions, but she projected her mistakes so cleverly through music.. She takes my breath away, I can't even describe it, she's so talented and we're so small.

But lots of artists right personal music. So much of her music is about the same sort of thing. There just isn't a whole lot to her songs either...Though of course musical taste is subjective.

I just suggest you give this new album a chance.. It's really good, that's all I'll say. If not, you're missing out.

I work in electronics at Target. I've been hearing it over and over and over again for the last week...
Edit: I'd also like to say fame certainly isn't anything. Lots of great artists don't become crazy famous or have since faded out. Most people under 30 or so may have never heard of Tracy Chapman but she walks all over TSwift as far as musical talent goes.
