Country is just as good as it was back then. Country if anything is stronger now.

Check out the Foo Fighter's documentary's episode about Nashville (the HBO documentary). I just watched it last night, and while I have never been a big fan of country (besides Johnny Cash), it is still sad to see it in the state it is in today

What artists would you say are ruining the state of country? Just curious..

Reputation proceeds me, they told you I'm crazy, I swear I don't love the drama it loves me <3

BUY TAYLOR'S NEW ALBUM REPUTATION!!

This is my stupid logic why this may have happened for Taylor and it couldn't for the Beatles and MJ.

Online iTunes and Google Music. Nowadays, you don't have to go down the store to get an album, while back in the 60's you had to. Now with a click of a button you can do it in your own house, it's that easy. Then again, it's harder nowadays, due to pirating music. So, my logic is pretty much useless.

nice

The first that comes to mind would be Florida Georgia Line...basically anyone who makes music as vapid as "party, trucks, butts and beer" isn't helping anything, and that seems to be a majority these days.

I don't see them sticking around, but I did like the song Cruise. Most country music usually is about partying, trucks, and beer lol you are right about that, but some of it is good.

I just came to say Taylor Swift is nowhere near close to Adele in terms of popularity. That is all.

When was the downfall of music? I can understand why she made an 80s album since most music back then had meaning and that's what Taylor gets made fun of for being serious or having a message in her songs

Lets not talk about her on a gaming website.... seriously WHY?!?!?!?!?

Taylor had 5 smash hit albums. Adele had 1 and a half. Yes, Taylor is still more popular regardless if 21 went diamond.
