There doesnt seem to be too much discussion going on about the excellent Bayonetta 2 since its release. To those who have bought it, are you enjoying it? are you new to the franchise? if not do you prefer it to the original? did you buy a Wii U for this game? I am loving it, possible game of the year contender right here, it is fast, frenetic, smooth and has some beautiful lush visuals. I am so glad Nintendo funded this, its nice to play a game of this type on a Nintendo console.

I have been playing Bayonetta and I absolutely love the game. I am new to the franchise so I wanted to start with the first one.

I'm replaying the original. Trying to get Platinum medals on Chapter 4, 7 and 8, because I never could in my first playthroughs on 360. It's excellent as always, and I probably won't touch the sequel until next year.

Hell yes!!! I havn't had this much fun in a while and I loveeeeeee action games such as bayonetta! The combos, the bosses, the smoothness and the scenarios are just all so wonderful! They really have out done themselves compared to bayonetta 1!

Its a really great game. I beat it, but will go back to it sooner or later. Playing through Bayonetta 1 again. Been a few years. I do miss the Umbran Climax and the QTEs are a bit annoying. Bayonetta 2 is a nice upgrade from the first one

I always try to play games in order, so I've been playing the original Bayonetta first. So far, it's been really fun. If the sequel is that much better, it looks like I have a lot to look forward to.

Yes. I am absolutely loving it. I didn't buy a Wii U for it but I'm glad I own one so I can enjoy this game. I would go so far as to say that it's the best game on any current gen console right now.

I'm replaying the first on Wii U. Tempted to just load my 360 data and play that version, though. I have like over a million Halos (unlocked Jeanne!) and much better accessories on that version. The first is tougher than I remember. As soon as I finish part one, I'm jumping into the second. I'm pretty excited, too!

Is there any stage of driving like Route 666 in the original? I swear I never got the Platinum trophy in this stage, despite being one of the most easy u.u

I am new to the franchise too, but being the weirdo i am, i have started number 2 first :/
