I still don't believe it will. Besides, there is more to it than Amazon since not everyone will buy online. Does Amazon bestselling list tracks America or WW?

Amazon has different websites. Amazon.com only tracks USA.

I think MS have a good chance of closing the monthly NPD sales gap if sony decides to do nothing. Amazon hourly, if it stays as it is does give us an indication that XBO is selling well.

I am a little surprised that sony haven't revealed any of their USA plans yet, but I get the impression they have something big to announce to do with Rockstar in the coming week or two.

OT: Agree with Intrinsic, Sony countered TitanFall and took that NPD, if they counter November, then its anyone's game. Every single time, XB1 is predicted to outsell the PS4 it is assumed that the PS4 is doing nothing, literally selling zero units in some cases. Also this fake rhetoric about Sony not being able to take the loss is silly. Sony took losses for years with the PS3, a 2 month price cut isn't going to cost them as much, especially if it build user base significantly.
Realistically, if Sony doesn't do anything, which is likely at this point, since its Nov, then XB1 would win but I doubt by any larger than the gap, which is like a 1mill in the US. And if its closer than 1mil the gap grows.

You are taking it too far. I never said anything about Sony not being able to take the losses, I didn't even mention the losses, neither did I say that I'm humbled by MS as they didn't extend these deals/bundles to my country. I'm only saying that XB1 will win November NPD, and that's it. I didn't say anything about XB1 overtaking lifetime PS4 sales in USA this month. I am not even sure you read the OP at all.

It's always the same. I remember Sony fans doing similar things during the PS3 era so there's guilt on both sides of the fence. The only difference is the complete flipping of EVERYTHING, from sales figures to exclusives to Indies to resolution. I have never seen flip-fopping on such a broad and universal scale before. Everything that doesn't benefit a certain userbase is deemed 'unimportant', and when I say EVERYTHING, I mean EVERYTHING. That tells it's own story.

The Xbox One has dropped in price to be competitive with the PS4 before and nothing happened.
