They might deserve it. But even with all the 3 bundles, I doubt they can pull out November. I've noticed that Microsoft always tends to go all out in November like it's their month. While I see the bundles selling a lot, I don't see any of them outselling the PS4, not even combined with normal retail units.

Take a look at Amazon. The XB1 + COD: AW bundle is outselling all PS4 SKU's right now, and the XB1 + AC IV: BF + AC: U bundle is also rising. It is very clear that XB1 will win.

And here I thought that using Amazon as an indicator for these things wasn't very accurate.

It has been accurate in the past, so I think it will be an accurate indicator for November as well.

It probably will, whether it deserves to or not is subjective. I don't think Sony is going to lose much sleep over losing one region, one month though.

Thanks jlmurph!

And if it does we'll get countless threads about how it won't ever lose another npd again.

Please just ignore Celtic_L's earlier posts.

Thanks.

OT: I think it will win. Microsoft have introduced some outstanding deals for America this time out and with Halo: MCC I think they have the best software aimed at the American market.

Its possible, but we are talking about a whole month here. And sony has not shown their hand. Everyone just assumes that sony will do nothing at all and just sit back and look.

All that needs to happen is that they introduce their own bundles and match that $350. Its not like its impossible. Even if they don't chances are that the XB1 will at best sell just as well or marginally beat the PS4. If they do then its a completely different story.

My money though is that XB1 takes november if sony does absolutely nothing. And there is not a single deal for the PS4 for the month and the cheapest you can get a PS4 will be a standalone $400 unit. All those things ae highly unlikely though.

I think it will be close, but PS4 will come out on top by about 10-15%. However, it is a bit confusing on SCEA's part why they still haven't announced November bundles for the US. EU has got them announced for a while now.

So, my prediction hinges on those as of yet unannounced bundle deals, because I strongly believe GTA and LBP can beat out MCC and AC.

I still don't believe it will. Besides, there is more to it than Amazon since not everyone will buy online. Does Amazon bestselling list tracks America or WW?

Nope.

Absolutely, yes. Short-termism is popular on the internet.

The PS5 Exists.

Agreed. Not only will they win, but im guessing by a considerable margin. Microsoft has priced the Xbox One perfectly. Its time the Xbox One gets the sales it deserves. Its the superior console with the best online service (no denying that part).

And suddenly sales will matter again. Then, when it loses again, sales will not matter (on a sales website mind you) once more.

Thanks jlmurph!
