Regardless of the platform, you'll find buyer's remorse.

That game is gonna win awards for being so disappointing.

At least they wouldn't be spitting their dummies over the PS exclusive content.


The exclusive content is just one of many problems with Destiny.

For example, if the campaign wasn't garbage there may have been a little less buyer's remorse. Maybe if the loot system wasn't junk people would have enjoyed it more as well. There are bigger issues than the exclusive content.

It was made very clear from the beginning that DLC content would include exclusive content for Sony users that Xbox users would get a year later. This information was never hidden. It's not their fault that the consumers don't decide to read up on this.

At the end of the day, fraud is fraud. Use that ban hammer Microsoft!

Read reviews??!?!!? People tell me reviews are bullshit and we should play games ourselves (also the reviews weren't available at launch)!!!!

Seriously though, people expected better from Bungie and they promised a lot. They didn't deliver and people will be wary next time around.

So you are telling me a considerable amount of Xb1 users resorted to fraud because they didn't get everything they want from a game? That's a bit insane and can only really hurt the image of Xb1's community so I don't blame MS for banning those users. Those that did it were dumb imo I mean both Sony and MS were very clear about what they were offering and it was clear from the start that the ps4 version was the better deal based on DLC and content alone. Were they really so diluted that they believed the Xb1 version would magically become the better version when they bought it, but got so upset when reality bit them in the butt that their only choice was to resort to fraud? Talk about an over reaction. XBL is better without those idiots as members. That kind of behavior only gives third party devs more incentive to focus on ps4 deals because not only is the user base larger but the users are now less likely to try and steal from the devs.

I didn't clarify "reviews" enough. I didn't mean only site reviews. There were user reviews and impressions in retailer sites and forums at launch and launch week.

Sounds like a joke indeed. Good customer service: "We think you're lying so we'll suspend your account." Bad PR and loss of a now angry customer?
I guess they can easily check how many hours you have played the game and simply say sorry no refund. Dunno who determines what the cut-off point is.

What's next, class action lawsuit against Bungie, like the one against KZ SF not really real 1080p?
