I know, I know, another Crash Bandicoot thread, but where is he?!

A year ago now, Sony released their (first?) trailer, a trailer that had the internet abuzz with excitement regarding a certain PlayStation icon, a trailer that spawned multiple "Is Crash Coming Home?" articles such as this: http://uk.ign.com/articles/2013/11/22/did-sony-buy-crash-bandicoot-from-activision Mainly due to that one image, Crash's silhouette beneath an arrow pointing to Sony's logo.

So my question is, where is Crash Bandicoot?

Seaching for "Crash Bandicoot" on Google leads to many different sites, but none of them are sites relating to Activision. Searching "Crash Bandicoot" on Activision's website reveals nothing at all, and Sony have been remarkably quiet regarding their most famous mascot. Are they merely waiting for the right time to show that Crash is home? Will Sony's E3 presentation open with the Crash Bandicoot theme: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4i8qAZOu5-g - I really hope they do this! The reaction and resulting hype would be beyond incredible, even more so than Sony's E3 2013. - Or am I just teasing myself? Was it just a reminder of the good old days? A marketing manouevre? Will Crash never return home? What do you think?

Crash.. He isn't even worthty enough to turn into a skylander..

Dont worry. Activision will reboot the franchise to launch alongside the star wars battlefront reboot. That way they will get 2 new first person shooters joining their roster.

Why would you expect it to be back when absolutely NOTHING even teases it ? That icon in the video is just a nice reference, if you pay CLOSE attention to the rest of the video, you'll notice there are a LOT of PlayStation references in it.

Just let it go. Activision owns the IP. And I personnally don't want them to make another Crash game just for the sake of seeing another one on the shelves.

Nobody else but Naughty Dog should do a new one. But unfortunately, they can't. Get over it.

The last I heard about Crash from Activision was in regard to Spyro Skylanders and the question was thats Spyro what about Crash and the answer was a vague nothing yet but we most likely will look at it from a Skylander view point given that games success.

He's either in Activision's trashcan or on Sony's waitlist besides The Last Guardian and Agent.
