9/10 So far for Phil. He's probably the best guy they've ever had for the job. He's a gamer, just like the community and he actually gives a fuck. If MS dares to fire him, I've lost all my trust. He's the guy that saved Xbox from being the way Mattrick wanted it to be. Everytime Phil is in an interview, he's gives extended and direct answers, no twisting the facts and that earns my respect!

About how Microsoft can "save" the Xbox One, how doomed everything around Xbox One is and how bad the sales are (more than 5M unit sold already...)...

Microsoft is doing JUST fine with Xbox One as we saw during their Q results.

Why would he get canned? He was given a impossible situation to turn around. After their shenanigans, MS is lucky the XB1 is selling as well as it is. They completely botched the system from it's conception.

Correct. Gamers are finally entering the season of Xbox. The exclusives, the robust and reliable Xbox live and its plain to see that Xbox is the leader not the follower. Thank you Microsoft. We are humbled. 

Nah. While sales for the Xbox One weren't up to expectations, he has done a good job into turning the console into something more appealable. To be honest, he makes me unable to fully hate the console. That's how good the guy is. If they fire him, all hell is gonna break loose.

I feel sad for the Windows Phone guy then...
