you're kidding, right?
I think firing spencer is the last thing microsoft is thinking right now.
And I don't think satya would allow it.  He personally welcomed and had a major part in the promotion of spencer.

Pretty much. He really couldn't do worse than Mattrick.  I dont think its actually possible.  If we are comparing Phil to Mattrick,  I think he is fine. I know there are caveats,  but really, MS could do worse.
