Chaos Ring III did bomb. Bear in mind that 3DS has a 16m install base, Vita had something like 1m when Hearts R went on the market. I doubt Bamco would expect just similar sales. Besides, Vita games ar priced higher than 3DS games in average, so it's Bamco's interest to make Vita games if the 3DS ones don't sell more.
