Ok...so here's the deal:

You get 20 points.  You can only use those points once...no double posting except for commentary and conversation).

You can give as many (or as little) points to each console, but can not exceed 20 points.

For example:

NES: 2

SNES: 3

N64:4

GC: 2

Wii: 4

Wii U: 5

Negative votes will not be counted.

I have only owned 3 Nintendo home consoles (Gamecube onwards) So I'm not sure if I'm should still vote with the full 20 points. Having owned half of them, maybe I should limit my score total by half? (10 points)

I see your conundrum...but I still think you should get 20 points.  There will be people who come in and drop all 20 on the NES as a rejection of Nintendo's modern practices...at least your votes will be well thought out.  But you may want to at least look at the catalogue of the NES, SNES, and N64 to see if they deserve any points for the sake of creating IPs or technologies that you like.

Alright, these are my numbers. Although I've never owned an N64, I played it at a friend's house a lot, back in the day.

Fuck this was a hard one. Gave the WiiU a 2 since its only 2 years old and we haven't seen its full potential yet.

This is purely for their original libraries, not including backward compatibility, Virtual Consoles or remasters/ports. And WiiU is still ongoing, so it could end up deserving higher by the end of the generation.
