Since the wii u pro controller and the Wii Remote controller has only 4 blue light squares thing, how would you know which one is which without moving the character on the screen? 

And can it support 8 wii remote or 8 wii u pro controller? Or it only has a limit for each one?

I think you need a GameCube adapter to get the other four players.

I thought that you were limited to 5 wireless controllers (including the gamepad), and that you had to use 3 3DS/GC Controllers to make up the next 3 spots, but apparently according to the official site you can use as many Pro Controllers/Wiimotes as you want.

I think it can be any combination. If you want more than 6 gamecube's then two adapters are needed

Bluetooth supports up to 7 players. Players 5-7 gets an combination of lights. The Wii U Gamepad uses Wifi instead of Bluetooth and doesn't count for those 7. I'm not sure if you can reach 8 players Wiimotes and Pro Controllers as they both use bluetooth. For Gamecube controllers, you need 2 Adapters. Since this fills all the slots, you should use a disc for this option

I think there was an experiment on the Wii that blue isn't the only color and that you can connect more Wiimote to a Wii if the game wanted to. (I think the other color is orange or something I will look it up.

- 4 wii remote + nunchuck
- 1 wii u pro controller
- 1 gamepad
- 2 3ds + Game (1 of my friend will bring one)
