I was wondering if there will be an option like that for the new game. There is some music in the game that I prefer in the original and hearing that with remastered graphics might be even more epic. Is there any such word on something like this?

I don't like the new title screen music, I prefer the trumpet-like one of the original game

No word on it. Anyway, it's possible, but less likely than it was for HG/SS. GB sounds are more different to DS sounds than GBA sounds are to 3DS sounds.
