Well, possible within the constraints of modern technology, since VR isn't quite there yet.
Think about it. You'll get 3D, a second screen to keep the non-fanservicey stuff at bay, capacitive touch on both the actual 3D screen and the rear of the device, and other nifty things such as an amazing lack of lag whilst watching stuff bounce at 540p/60fps.
Of course, I have no idea how the damn thing will be executed.
