I don't think bundled games mean a whole lot so long as it's selling the system. It could be a whole lot worse for the WII U if NSMBU didn't exist ... 

Mario Kart is way ahead of both NSMBU and 3D World from an aligned launch (and 3D World is slightly ahead of New Super). You're right about bundles, but for example, it's possible that a Mario Kart or Smash Bros. bundle could be more appealing than the NSMBU bundle. Maybe even a 3D World bundle. Who knows? Maybe Nintendo won't even try any of these bundles, but that remains to be seen.

Yeah, can't see LBP3 beating either of them, it just doesn't have the same appeal particularly in the US. I think MCC will win, the pent up demand for this amongst XB1 owners is just huge and the game is a bargain considering the content. SSB will do well also, just not MCC well. Thats my opinion anyway.

Halo will win because of install base over Wii U, and because LBP isn't as big.

GTAV is going to be the game to own bundled with the PS4.  LBP3 is going to be eclipsed by it.

I'd say Smash, though the extra 10 days of Halo MCC might trump it for november, will probably be a very tough call. LBP is a much smaller franchise than the other 2, so think it will come last even though the PS4 has a much larger install base.

Why is the 10 days of Halo a factor but not the Xbox One install base compared to Wii U's?
