That's true, plus LPB is on PS3 as well. And Halo isn't a new entry. I do think it will sell better than Combat Evolved Anniversary, though, putting it ahead of LBP2. If MCC sells anywhere close to the 'new' entries in the series, LBP has no hope of taking this one, especially with Halo having a full week's head start.

I don't think that's much of an issue when highest selling version of multiplats ends being the PS4 version ...

PS3 version could swing it in its favour though, if it adds a few extra hunded K to PS4's total.

Little Big Planet is not even nearly in the same league as Smash or Halo.

It's not an issue. It's just an advantage of LBP compared to these other two games, since it's the only one that is technically a multiplatform release... er, well, it's the only one that's the same across multiple platforms?

It will certainly help for sure ...

On topic - I think Halo MCC will dominate on November's NPD ...

I'm going to say Smash will win simply because its a mainline Smash game. Theres a lot of hype for Halo but it still isn't a mainline game. I don't recall LBP every being a massive month one seller so I doubt it will come too close the other two games unless they flop hard.

I don't think any of those three games will actually be in the top 10 though so we might not find out. Too many big multiplatform games coming out in november.

I can see the top 10 being

1.Call of Duty
2.Assassin's Creed Unity
3.Far Cry 4
4.Pokemon
5.Madden
6.NBA2k14
7.Grand Theft Auto V
8.Dragon Age: Inquisition
9.Assassin's Creed Rouge
10.Destiny

Smash bros might make the list if they decide to group 3ds and Wii U sales together.

If this was including Japan, Smash would decimate, but being N. America only, Halo > Smash > LBP

It's not even N.America it's US, and I did NPD because A) we get factual data to conclude from and B) it's a much closer fight. (thus interesting to discuss)

What is the point in doing a thread when the conclusion is already met?

Super Smash Bros. has the most hype, so I'm going with that.

I have little faith of LBP3 as GTAV comes out the same day.

Also, just on PS4 or PS3+PS4?

lol The only thing I know is that LBP is dead last this list. It doesn't stand a chance against smash and halo and the extra days give halo the push so Halo first then smash.
