I do agree there is no perfect game for all gamers. but i had a greatest feeling for this game :

2005: God Of War (The game that still has the best narrative in any game, and the one which started a saga of epicness)
2006: GTA: Vice City Stories (Really underrated game which was simply a blast to play and has the best soundtrack in any game)
2007: God Of War II (Improved on a masterpiece)
2009: Uncharted 2: Among Thieves (Its praised by many, and it really deserves the praise, and its a very fun and thrilling adventure)
2010: God Of War III (Improved further on a masterpiece, and took gaming to new heights with its epic boss battles and fun, fluid and varied weapons)
2010: God Of War: Ghost Of Sparta (An underrated game overshadowed by God Of War III, but had the best story in the series and gave Kratos a new dimension as well as one of the most awesome weapon in any game)
2013: Grand Theft Auto V (The best and most fun open-world game, with an epic scale of open-world that is really awesome)
2013: The Last Of Us (The best story in any game, and had very intense gameplay moments and amazing stealth gameplay)

Yup. Although next year we do have Life is Strange, Bloodborne, Deep Down and Hellblade. I'm hoping one of those make the list. Hell, even Dragon Age: Inquisition could if it blows my mind...

Maybe it's just because I hate numbered ratings for games, but I don't think I could name any game that was a 10/10 for me. I would always find nitpicks in each one that would bring below the "perfect" rating.

For me a 10 is my favourite game of all time, simple as that.

My 10 is Metal Gear Solid 3.

I would have more 10s if there were some other games tied for my top spot, but MGS3 is clearly no.1 in my mind.
