I think Halo MCC has a good chance to outsell TLoU in 2014. I think it will be really close also. It is still considered one of the best exclusives to buy for the PS4, which should help it out during the holiday season. Sony could also drop the price. It's already a good buy at $50.

The big thing Halo MCC has going for it. Is that it is 4 games for the price of one, plus (a big one) beta access to Halo 5 Guardians multiplayer. and they are releasing it during the time of the year when people are spending more, and it will probably be advertised heavily on TV alot.

Good question. I do think it'll be close. I agree with Vivster. MCC will def outsell TLoU lifetime, but the race before 2015 will be interesting.

My gut was to go with MCC initially, but I chose TLoU due to it's lead and XBO's low(er) sales. It will be depending almost exclusively on the US. US has always been Halos major territory, but Europe and Rest of World still accounted for about 1/3 of sales for each release. Not to mention the waned popularity of the XBO in the US compared to the 360.
