(This is shipments, not sales, like Toasts thread)

So we have Xbox shipments (2.4m 360 + XB1).

Various sales folk here have estimated the XB1 figure to be around 7.5m. (5m end of March, (600k) 5.6m end of June, (1.9m) 7.5m end of September) give or take a couple hundred K either way.

WiiU is at 6.68m shipped end of June (Thank you Nintendo for being transparant ..) having shipped 510k during MK Q.

They need to ship 820k to hit 7.5m shipped. Of course XB1 could be at 7.3m if 360 held up better than we expected, so maybe it only needs to ship 620k. But then on the flip side 360 may have fallen harder as well, meaning WiiU needs to ship 1.02m.

Either way, WiiU needs to have shipped more than last Q.

I think so. There are a lot of Countries that have stopped supplying the Wii U with most of their retailers. So Nintendo mostly ships what it sells. Microsoft opened in a lot of new countries, so shipments will be large.

I agree. Personally expecting 4.5m vs 3.2m, XB1 to have a 1.5m shipment lead and a sales lead of 500k~
