I gave a ps4 a F for Japan cause so far, there isn't really anything zomg coming out for Japan just yet but that grade will change in the future as more games come out
I gave a wiiU a B+ cause based on the rest of the scores I gave the wiiU, Japan is getting more stuff like Fatal Frame V and generally, games are coming out in Japan faster than in NA and EU. And the rest is mostly imo obviously

Ps vita: NA: D, EU: D, JP: C

Wii u: NA: D, EU: D, JP: B
3ds: NA: C, EU: C, JP: B+
Differences between ps4 + xb1 in NA and EU markets basically boils down to game price increase in EU and services such as ps now and xb1 tv not working properly here.
3DS performance is at least A-'s across the board, if not A's. Anyone who says otherwise is clearly biased against Nintendo. And I say that as someone who knows Wii U isn't better than C anywhere.
