Playstation 1. Such amazing memories.

Sega consoles were great, the Dreamcast was a blast!

The SNES, son! The PS2 is a very close 2nd place though.

PS3. Best exclusives games so far for me.

Since a console is not GAMES. Id say N64. It had everything. 4 players rumble analog stick etc. etc.

if not that than the NES because without the NES there would not be a SNES and therefore not be a PS1 and without PS1 there would not be an XBOX.

If for games Sega and Nintendo consoles before the PS1/N64/Saturn era because to me it feels like all that mainstream shovelware crap slowly started in the mid 90s. (Thanks american companies! and also the ones sueing Nintendo to remove the Nintendo Seal Of Quality-standard.)

PS3 bar none. That thing is still ticking after 8 years and it brought me the most diverse set of amazing games I have ever seen.

The N64.

Many of my favorite games of all time, plus all-around good quality hardware wise.

That was when games first started to absolutely WOW me. It kicked the door open for so many genres and new experiences. So many awesome franchises came into their own during this period and it was the greatest period for RPG.
