Forums - Gaming Discussion - Not sure if anyone cares...buuuut, 1 hour Radio panel on #GamerGate

So, I realize this story has been talked about allot lately, but, I figured some might be interested to know that NPR (National Public Radio) in the US will be doing a 1 hour live panel discussion about it.  It will be interesting to see exactly how this pans out, it should be very interesting they have Kyle Wagner (Deadspin) Arthur Chu, Soraya Chemaly (Huffington Post, Salon etc..) and Milo Yiannopoulos on the live panel.  It's starting right now.

After the panel is over, I'll post a link to the entire discussion here.

A little bit of info on NPR, as a friend from SA thought it was an ultra conservative channel in the US (hah). It's a moderate liberal National Radio Station, that polls show, results in the most informed American's in the country (Fox News ranks dead last). Usually liberal, but they make a great deal of effort to have both sides of the issue represented, especially in their live talks.

I tend to like NPR so I may take a listen to this after its done...

So far, it's going well.

I love NPR. Radiolab, All Things Considered, Tom and Ray, BBC at night, etc. I hate everything about so called gamergate though, so much attention to Internet trolls.

Well, that's part of the problem.  Labeling everyone involved as trolls.  Thankfully, OnPoint is dealing with it in a much more adult fashion.

Ok, here's the full discussion, NPR just posted it. Was actually a decent discussion, that had representatives from both sides of the issue.
